Re: hostile work enviroment

: I work in the construction field and they have hired a new boss back in Feb. I was told by this boss that my job would totally change and if I did not like it I would have to use my options(quit) I received very little training for new postion and then was threatened to perform diffuclt tasks or leave. When I tried to discuss with the boss I was threatened again. I was frustrated and stressed I was then told I had to work overtime or I would be written up and put in my file.
: Any time I would pose a question I was yelled at for stupidity. I was told I needed to work harder (I work very hard) or I would be asked to use my options. Whenever I passed a message to the boss from another party I was yelled at because he did not like the message he would start swearing and ranting at me. I have worked for this company for 13 years and have totally stressed out, I fear asking questions & giving messages even asking for help. Is this a hostile work enviroment do I have enough reason to sue this company? I have brought this to several people within comany's attention and nothing has been done..
