A friend of mine was sexaully harassed by a co-worker an the boss & forman didn't do anything to the guy that did the harassing. Now she is scraded that she will get fired if she goes through with her suit angainst the guy an the company. could some one help me out with some infomation on how she can win her case angainst them with out losing her job?
