is the topic of sexual harassment a part of the attorney bar exam? I am currently involved in a sexual harassment lawsuit with the local District Attorney's office. An assistant DA sexually harassed me and now he is telling the EEOC (equal employment opportunity commission) that he doesn't know what constitutes sexual harassment. I find this really hard to believe
