When can we say that there is sexual harasement going on? As of today I was released from my job as a wildland fire fighter because I looked up at the wrong time. It truely disgusts me to see that wemon have so much power over the working society. If I was a woman all i would have to say is that some guy was looking at my butt and he would be fired the next day. so what is this all about. I can't shake my head in disbelieve that we hired a person that won't work unless we have someone next to that individual. If i shake my head does this mean that i was laughing and looking at someones butt. What am I suppose to do about this. I lost my job because someone assumed something. This is wrong, how can i go about fixing the damage that has been done?
