: : : : Are there any good sites that explains different types of discrimination? Everything I find is either race, pregnancy, religion, etc. I need to find something that has to do with being mistreated in the workplace, (hostile environment), favortism, threats, and etc. Can anyone help on this?

I am going thru similiar discrimination in college. Our college is small, majority of the students are non-natives. I have had instructors favor other students and I have done equal work. The problem is that the other favorite students get a higher grade, while I get a lower grade for the same assignments as the other students with higher grades. At times, I would not be allowed to participate in class. If I did, the instructor would make a mockery out of me in class. I am open for suggestions.
