I am writing this for a friend of mine. She has a problem with her father who is 85y/o and living in a self help facility. It seems that she has been getting complaints about him talking dirty and requesting the nurses to do unappropriate things. The man is in possession of most of his facilities. We know from reading about such things that from talking stage it could graduate to other stages. We want to nip it in the bud. She has spoke with her father and he agreed to cease. A week goes by and hes at it again. What She and I would like to know is this under the Sexual Harrassment Act or would it be, if it progressed to the next stage of acting out a case of assault. The man has been alone for a number of years since his wife died. She knows her father is probably lonely. But this must not go on.
Please advise. Thank You Dave Herens
