Harrassment by a manager

I'm not sure if this is sexual harrassment or not but maybe you can e-mail me and tell me what this is.I work in a office supple store and i am a female. My manager came up to me yesterday. Well first let me tell you the whole story. I came into work and walked by my manager and said Hi. Later that night he came up to me said this..."you know when you said hi to me today it took me a sec to figure out it was you and so and so came up to me right after you walked away and said the only way to get my attention is to be a blond. So and so keeps getting on my nerves cause a few days ago a blond 17 year old came into the store and mmmm was she beautiful I tried to help her with everything. I can't stop even thinking about her now." Now in quotes was said by my manager to me. The other so and so associate also told me he says stuff about me to like hey see that blond over there and bla bla bla. Please tell me what I should do if anything. This manager
