I work for a american firm overseas but it
is headquartered in Colorado. I just currently written up a person for using racial slurs and calling individuals of color "niggers" and all he was awarded was a "Letter of Reprimand" in which he was found guilty by the company. This will be erased from his record after 12months. I recommended that this individual be taken from this area, or be fired to no avail. This individual still remains working with the individuals that he made these comments to which causes disruptions in this work area. Are there anyone who can direct me in taking further steps in this case??
