I have a situation at work that I think is causing me undue stress. I've been with this company off and on for 3 years. I started for the same company in a different state in november 00. I started as an overnight stocker and was promoted to a department manager position 3 months ago. I originally started this company as a department manager and was promoted to human resource manager but do to family situations I demoted myself back to a dept. manager in another state. Recently about 2 weeks ago I noticed security had been hanging around alot and then the managemant staff starting acting distant. My manager doesn't even speak to me and we had just talked about my going back to college which I intend to do in the winter. I have an area with a few high cost items in it however I always let someone know if anything is off. I helped out the other night working overnight and low and behhold so did security and they don't work overnight. When I walk in a room all conversations end. People that used to speak to me speak about me. I trust noone therefore I can't inquire about what's going on. If I mention security they'll be like why do you have something to hide? Like I said before I know how the store runs and something very peculiar is going on. I'm crying when I lewave work and I can't sllep at night. I have an appt. to see a psychiatrist tomorrow. Can you give me any legal advice? I find it hard to devote my self to a company that no longer believes in me.
