Sexual Harrasment in the Workplace

We recently had an employee come to us in HR and report that another employee had been making advances toward her. She does not want to pursue the issue, and has made this very clear to us. However, we need to find out if we are responsible as the employer to follow up with this in any way. Can you give me some insight on this?
