On June 24 I formerly filed a sexually harsessment clam against my boss. I filed it in my office with my direct boss ( not the one that harrassed me) and my human resoure department. I only mentioned 3 things but they are wrong and should not be accepted.
I have worked for my company for 9and years and have never been written. I was written up because of lack of performance, bad attitude, and being late for work on a continually basis. I was told by the big boss that because I was a senior rep. I would be given a special deal, that he didn't care when I came in as long as I called first, which I always do, now that is no longer in effect according to this write up. Everyone's performance is down because of the ecomony, but my performance is better that most of the people their. I did get up upset several times because they keep changing the rules and they don't even tell you. Two week later I was written up. I feel like this is retaliation. Infact I talked to an attorney and I am going to file a complaint thur Kansas for retaliation. Could I be fired for this. Also can I then go back and sue him and the company with my attorney for this behavior? Please let me know, I think what they are doing is wrong. thank you
