: I am a male supervisor at a large company and I have asked several of the young ladies on our team to stop discussing sex in the work-place, especially when I walk by their desk. After sternly telling them that I would take disciplinary action if the conduct continued, I heard an employee in a very vulgar sexual explicit conversation. I reported it along with a tape of the conversation to our Internal Investigations Division. Approximately two weeks later the same employee refused to report to her work station and loudly protested in the presence of all employees that I as her immediately Supervisor was crazy and tripping because. I told her that I again would report her actions to the Internal Investigations Section and she bellowed, "That's O.K. I'm going to file on you for Sexual Harrassment. the Employee is being invesgated for her mis-conduct and now I am being investigated for sexual harrassment. I had never been accused of such a gross violation until. I am not really worried, because the truth will come out. I need a definition of Sexual Harrassment, is buying flowers for all female employees and chocolate for the male employees on Valentines day such of a violation.
