Hostile environment??

2 different supervisors within my company have been told by a manager that he is waiting for me to "screw up" because "he will be waiting for that to happen and that I "I screwed with the wrong person". He would like me to be fired for a reason unbeknownst to me. Is this considered hostile work environment?
