Syria,
This employees 'lack' of professionalism and relationships with her co-worker(s) could be considered enough grounds to terminate her employment at your work. However, giving her a bonus as an incentive to do better may back fire. I realize you have good intentions, but she may see it as a reward for doing 'well.' Firing her after giving her a bonus would seem as though you're firing her because she is pregnant. I don't mean to sound ignorant in any sort, but a pregnant woman is bound to experience mood swings and become exceptionally emotional. After having a child myself this situation is slightly familiar. A small suggestion to you from manager to manager, hold a one on one meeting with her and ask her how she feels. Let her know about how her co-workers feel then tell her that this is her final chance. Break it to her gently, remeber keep in mind you employees emotions and not just the welfare of your business! Firing her before her maternity leave would only give her more reason to file a suit.
