I worked for Mcdonald's from oct 8th 2008 till feb of 2009. I was wondering if I can still sue them for not doing anything about an assistant manager grabbing my crotch at work? I complained several times and wrote a complaint I had two witnesses who saw it and wrote a statement also. They also fired me for suposibly having a late doctors note but they did not fire him for doing that to me I had never been wrote up before when I worked there and I made the complaint before I got fired alot of people think I got fired for retliation because I talked about suing them.
