hostile work enviornment

I have been working in my current position for approximatly 18 months. For the past six months I have encountered several threats along with constant bad mouthing of other employees in which i work with. at our meetings this person is continually using vulgar language and is very disrespectful to people in the work place. she has also been caught leaking out confidential information to the public. her husband is unemployed and spends several hours at our work place in the office and in the gmnastic center talking to parents bad mouthing all the coaches and directors which is becoming a whole problem in itself. i am very uncomfortable working in this enviornment however i love the kids and my job. i am sick to my stomache everyday i go to work. i am sick of the continual bad mouthing of the other people that i work with and having her husband rifiling through my desk looking at my time-card etc. the other 9 core staff members are also upset and four of us are looking for other jobs currently. we have reported this several time to the board of directors(as we are a non-profit organization) we are told to hang in there
