Ya it happens. There is a supervisor where I work a lady who has over the years abused her authority by verbally abusing me and others. Because her supervisor is a woman she gets by with it. She at times has been a real "B---H" Our Manager is out on stress leave now. Over the years she has only been a figure head. Has no actual knowledge of what she is "managing" and is not qualified for the job. She was put into the job because of EEO filing and she is black woman.
Being black and a woman does not qualify you for a "position" being qualified does. She is stressed out because she is not capable of doing her job, its that simple. She gets the "B---H" to do her paperwork. This is true. Workplace thugs.
