: Are there any sites that explain different types of discrimination? Everything I find is either race, pregnancy, religion, etc. I need to find something that has to do with being mistreated in the workplace (hostile environment). 

: I need to know what to do and how to protect my self.  The hostility is due to my declining a sexual advancement by the VP of our Company.  He is covering his tracks and trying to discredit me, so I need to focus on the enviorment he is creating & not the sexual advancemet. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
