: :::: I am a male nurse, I have just got accused of sex harrasment. I am very friendly and somewhat flirty with women. I have talked to a young woman at a site I worked at occasionally via the internet, we at first showed some interest in one another, but then mostly just a friendly conversation. I hadnt been there in about 3 weeks when I got informmed I was going back there, I e-mailed her telling he this and said, if you are not working it is ok to still come up and give me a kiss. It turned out she was working both nights, noothing came of the kiss, and nothing was meant to come of this. On the morning of the lat night I worked I was kidding with her about how slow she was working that moring, and sje was working slow, as I was sitting down in the chair she sorta pushed me and I held onto her arm which made her fall into my lap, I gave her a small push and stopped her from sitting all the way down and said get off of me kinda joking, I could tell it embarrased her, so i immediatly apoligized thinking nothing of it. When I got home I went ahead and email her saying i am sorry I pulle dyou into my lap, I didnt mean to and I meant nothing by it. She and the facility are now accusing me of sex harrassment and maybe going to take this to the nursing review board to try and get my nursing license . If you can help me or have any info I would appreciate it.
Jeff
