The Oregon Department of Human Services has made a slanderous statement about my grandson who at the time was 10 and is now 12. The caseworker said he had sexually abuse his sister and then told CARES NW that there was no allegation but then told the Juvenile Judge in our dependency case for our two younger grandchildren that our 12 year old did sexually abuse her. They never investigated it and never sent her to CARES which they were supose to do. DHS still took away our 12 year olds siblings and sent them to the state of Utah. Can we file a law suit and what kind of law suit? Does the 12 year old have a seperate law suit because he will never live with his sibling again nor will he ever see them. He has no contact because DHS said he is a danger with out giving the Judge a shred of proof as she said so.
