: How do you correctly handle an individual in the work place who goes around spreading gossip and telling fellow co-workers bad things about you.  Several fellow employee's have figured her out but we need management to realize it.  Everyone is afraid to go forward because they might lose their job.  This gal is well like by the President of the company and she bad mouths him horribly.  She has a charming personality when you first meet her.  But she's the devil waiting to get out.  She has made my work emviroment very uncomfortable.  Hope Iv'e said enough to get a reply.  Thanks
