Do I Have A Case

I will make this short and to the point. I was working as an independent contractor for a company that sold kirby vacum cleaners. I got involved with one of my coworkers that drove for the company. The relationship started in july and i pretty much ended it in November around ThanksGiving. During that time I was in an Automobile accident with the company vechile while employed. From the accident I actually injured myself. Not going into detail about that unless it is important to my sexual harrasment case. I was not capable of performing my duties as a independent contractor, (meaning I could no longer go out and perform demos for the company.) I was given another job duty and also another job title. " Office Manager") Now I broke of my relationship with my fellow employee and the results from that was, I was fired from my job because my fellow coworker could not perform his job duties because i broke the relationship off. (" Quote un Quote the owner of the company stated to another employee that if my fellow coworker could not perform his job duties because of me severing the relationship. I ws to be fired. Now this option was given to me, I was asked to go out in the feild again to perform demos and my responce was, "NO" due to my injuries from the accident, from that responce i was officiallly let go.
