I was working for a company that stated if you took the insurance examination within a year of having your temporary license that the company would pay. If you did not pass then you would have to pay for the examination yourself. Unfortunately, I did not pass so they terminated my employment. However, there was
a female that they allowed to take the examination at least ten times, plus process claims for a year without a license. She was not terminated, but relocated to Texas where they still required a license and she processed claims. I was not afforded that opportunity nor was I afforded the opportunity to attend the schools that she attended and receive a tutor. Does this constitute a discrimination issue?
