i work at a place where my boss(the owner) is a massive druggie. they don't keep people there very long because of sexual harrassment and in my case verbal harassment because they don't like people there very long so they don't have to give them raises and stuff. problem is i need this job. for example they yell at me for random things such as parking crooked or sweating (it's 110 in the shop and everyone sweats including the manager)having the fan turned a certain way but yet the new girl has been here for two months and the boss"LIKES HER" if you catch my drift and she has tooken 3 weekends off and several single days of the two months she's been here she probally worked 15 days. not one word has been said to her. this is only the surface of it not enough room to tell it all does this sound like verbal harrament to anyone cause it sure feels like it to me
