am a 58 yr male who has a heart attack in 94, 96, and 99 of which lead to a quad-by pass
in march of 99..went back to work in june of 99 for ten weeks.. the company was having a slow down
in work and was asking for people to take a ten week lay-off until nov-99 i sign on and took the time
off because they have done this before in the past.anyway 13 people took the lay off in my dept,
epartment of which 12 were women and 9 of them were under 30 yrs old, they were all call
back BUT ME, i had nine yrs there, what do you think my chances are for filing charges
i feel they were very cold and callous with only a short time to go to retirement.
