: : I would just like to comment on the fact that I have gotten really bad treatment and passed up for promotions because...I have children.  This was flat out told to me and I was continually harrassed by it and even my manager was telling all the other workers bad things about me and my personal life.  Things I told her in secracy...so I thought!  If your own manager promotes it...what do you do?  I think with all the laws for harrassment and discrimination on race, disability, origin..even gender...why is there no rights for the single parent?  Just my comments.  Is there anything we can do about these employers who do this and allow these things?  Fed UP!!!  It has happened with more than one employer and my kids never even interfered with my job at all!  I never even missed work because of them!
