I do not know how to change what I previously posted
so this is a correction.
There is a defenitative definiton of Hostile Work
Enviroment made by the US Supreme Court.
I found this answer on the below listed web page.
I do not believe the issues of Favoritism,Threats,etc
have been accepted as Hostile Work Enviroments issues
outside the scope of the Supreme Court Ruling.
