discrimanation against women

My Question is at the work place a new Manager in front of me and two other female co-workers said that
he would have to grow Breasts in order to cashier at our company when it was needed for him to fill in due to illness of yet another female employee. We all were
completly offended!! Are we just over reacting or is this a really bad thing that he said? Is this sexual
harrassment or female discrimanation?
