: I have a friend who was a victim of Sexual harrassment a couple of years ago. She brought it up when two other co-workers complaint about the same things -- it was then when she realized it was not just in her mind --. Since then, the other two employees are no longer working there. The harraser (her superior) was given two weeks of leave and came back. She is still working there because she has not found another place to work. Eventhough her supervisor does not sexually harras her anymore, she has not been comfortable there. Is there a law that says the company has to do something about it? (I saw something on the news to this regard). When she put the claim, they docummented it; she doesn't want to sue, all she wants to be fine where she works and I think all this puts stress on her. She loves her job.
