I have worked at a job for 14 yrs.. I am a part time worker. I expected to get full time when it became availible,but have been passed over six times by younger females. I have had all the training and am able to do the job. I feel it is because of my age, I am 55yrs old. Is there anything I can do about this ? I work in law enfocement.
