I think you should go see a labor attorney., do you have an employee handbook that everyone signs in your company? that defines negative behavior? don't just quit, get even, i bet you're worth it...signed a woman business owner, stand up for yourself in a way that matters not just to you but for other women in the workplace, it's the right thing to do.
