: I am being verbally abussed on the job.  Owner makes remarks such as since I need to place you on verbal warning at work, you probably will go in the bathroom and care after our meeting.  Also, I thought I made a mistake in hiring you.  Belittleing me in front of his coworkers.  Also, co-worker called me an air head, and she has done nothing nor has the HR department.  She has pointed her finger and yelled at me in front of other co-workers.  Hired a consultant for me to train but I am on the verbal warning.  Also I trained the consultants from India on the three Financial applications, but I do not understand my job.  So what can you suggest?
