In answer to your question.Yes,you are liable.Because if this employee decides to sue.If the court finds out it was known beforehand.It could be devastating to your company.I'm a man.But my position on harrasment is very firm.I belive it should not be tolerated in any way.Work, is exactly that,work.It should'nt be uncomfortable or unbearable.I'm in the same situation. I have a very beautiful girlfreind that I work with. My boss began making advances toward her. She speaks little english. But,she understands a great deal.She also doesn't want me to say anything.Now he knows we are dating and he tries to make my life miserable.I've known this man for almost 3 yrs.But he changed before my very eyes.My advice, put a stop to it before it gets out of hand.
