men who are harrassed by women? I am writing a brief paper on my male experiences of being accused of harrasement by a women who apparently was angry at me and filed a complaint with malice. The allegations were investagated by the female director of eeo and were unfounded. Once the finger is pointed in your direction
of being a jerk you constantly live with that label. Mis-use of a harrassement policy is just as much harrassment as is an incident or incidents where the female or male is abusive from a more dominent position, whether emotional dominence or hierarchical.
