I have a bachelor's degree in science, and am planning on going to med school. There are times when I want to tell them, you know what, I know more than you do. An RN degree really is nothing to brag about, and they have no right to treat you this way. Talk to HR about it, but first document in writing the things they say, and the date and time, and the name of the person. Try to ignore them and just do the best you can for a few more weeks. Then take your typed, spellchecked, neat documentation to HR, and tell them what's been going on. Try to team up with as many others as you can, also. Good luck.
