sexual harrasmet at work against women

Ok I need help here. Or to vent really.. My Boss at work goes around all day touching and virbaly harrasing the women. I finally had enough and told him so. So I made a camplaite to him first to get him to stop and then when i went on vacation he fired me the day i got back... If anyone has anything in common with me i would like to hear and would like for someone to listen.
