I am a 31 year old female working at a mortgage company as well.I also was discriminated against. If anyone has answered with an idea on how to figure out what a fair settlement is would you please let me know as well. I am so angry for all that he did he was a real pig and very controlling as well. I left that office, but still it bothers me all the time that he did those things and thought it was ok or even desdired. Please email me back.
