: Boy, I'm glad I'm not alone here. I need my job but the supervisor is making it unbearable. She has told my boss so many untrue things and he called me in his office today accusing me of something that was totally false because of what she had said. She's been out to get me for 4 yrs. Trying to be my friend one minute and cutting my throat the next. The pathetic thing is that this is a very small office. It's a medical office. With only the Dr. myself and the MA who thinks she's the boss. He lets her get away with it though. She even looked for another job on his time and he just took it.
: Since this is non union, I don't know if there's any recourse I can take or not. She's even verbally called me lazy and stupid. I am looking for another job, but I'm so angry. No one has ever treated me like this.

My boss sends e-mail that states do this task "Without Fail" or e-mails that start with "Read and Heed". He recently berated me from the hallway outside my office with a sub ordinated of mine in my office. I have gone to HR and have done my best to document the issue. In the same document I also state that he has created a Hostile work environment, but after reading the articles I don't know if I have enough proof. May be my last days at a job I have been for 13 years and he has been for only 6 months. Look out job market here I come.
