: I am the only white female on the sales floor and I have noticed a hole lot of things.The first thing is my boss asked me about a vehicle we had on the lot and i tried to hand him so info on it he refused to take it and told me he already got it and then right infront of me he told them he would call them back.
: In short if  I was black or a white male he would have taken it. The black females and white males are allowed to stand at the phones and take sales calls but every time I stand there he is always tells me to go find something else to do and I got sick and there telling me to call before I come back but no one else has to.I personaly feel that if I was a black female it would not be this way.I could come and go as I pleased just as everyone else can.There is so much going on I don't know what to do. Please Help!!!!!!!
