We have to come together as one people and stop these ruthless corporations from discriminating. 1995 - I was subject to discriminatory comments, actions by Ritz Camera in 1995. I filed a complaint with the HR Manager. He said that was not the case. In 1998 I was subject to invasion of my privacy yet not violating company policies. I was being harassed by an HR employee. I filed another complaint. The HR Manager said he did not think that was the case. In 1999 I applied for a promotional position. Myself (African American) and the other candidate (White) were both told that we were EQUALLY DISQUALIFIED for the position, however I was not getting the job but the other employee was. The HR Director (former HR Manager) reason was because they felt they owed him a management position. How can two employees of the opposite race be at one time equally disqualified yet the other gets the job. Disqualified means that neither one of us should have gotten the job. Let us join together and send this corporation a message to "Stop Discrimination" in the work place. Let us boycott all of their goods and services.
