: I recently got promoted after they told me women could not have this job. (this came from my forman) not the front office, I fought until i got it. Now I get all the shitty jobs. When some one calls off work i am demoted for the night, when someone new comes in, which is about everynight, i have to train them. I feel like a yo-yo at work.The stress is unbelievable, I want to know if there is anything that can be done about situations such as this one. There are two guys that work the same position as myself, and they are constantly starting rumors in the shop, the forman will not correct this problem. I have even threatened to quit, but there just aren't any other jobs out there right now.
