hostile work environment

The two women I work with are continually belittling and harassing. Besides making rude
comments about my being a single mother and the fact they think I'm fat, they constantly
exhibit behaviors that are controlling. I have consulted with our boss about this, and he tells
me it's my problem..."deal with it". Can a person make a case of "hostile work environment"
that includes more than the words people say??? Can you include the intimidating behavior
shown...the constant attempts to make a person feel insignificant with the way they control
the office???
